adb devices能看到设备

adb shell unknown host service 

甚至有的电脑还提示adb.exe已停止工作我的刷机精灵就是这样。

端口占用根本检查不到

netstat -ano |findstr "5037"

这时候只能看看电脑上是否有可疑得进程了，包含android*exe mobile**exe的毒瘤就要搞死才行了。ok，导致这问题是qq的原因，解决方法是杀

360mobilemgr.exe比较流氓，实在不行卸载360，暂时可以用360进程管理器杀死自家应用，统一连接的则简单一些，刷机助手貌似叫shuaji.exe导致的。

死androidserver.exe qq设置有安卓手机连接自动提示的 取消勾选。杀死进程就ok,

再次输入adb命令或者进行运行 正常了

这个情况是手机等待确认了。确认一下就ok.
