 查看端口占用      netstat -aon|findstr 3001

根据pid去任务管理器-详细信息找到对应的pid去结束任务即可

 

一劳永逸解决方法:

taskill /f /t /im java.exe 关闭所有java进程，或者去任务管理器关闭所有java.exe
