各种写作包括科技论文写作中“广泛、深入、详细地”都是常用的表达，为了体现英文表达的丰富性，建议分别使用extensively、in depth、at length ，例如：

in depth 和at length 还可以形容analyze、describe等。
注意，“广泛地影响、接受、使用等”是widely affect/be widely accepted/be widely used ，这里不能用extensively。
可见，英文中此“广泛”非彼“广泛”，中文在这一点上不做区分。
deeply、in detail 是“深入、详细地”的平凡表达，建议用本文提供的in depth 、at length 替代。
形容词“广泛的、深入的、详细的”都建议用comprehensive 一词，细究起来，它们差不多是一个意思，例如：comprehensive discussion/analysis ……（广泛/深入/详细的讨论/分析）
deep/detailed discussion/analysis这样的表达略显平凡。
例如：
This article gave a comprehensive discussion/analysis on the future of AI.（这篇文章给出了关于AI未来的广泛（深入、详细）讨论/分析。）
上句中也可以翻译为“综合性的讨论/分析”。
又注意下句与上句的区别：
This topic received wide attention from the public.（这个话题得到公众广泛的关注。）
这个“广泛”要用wide。
