具体原因是esxi安装盘中没有启天M415电脑的网卡驱动，导致无法识别网卡。写到这里吐个槽，联想网站上配置单只有10M/100M/1000M有线网卡的记载，没有具体型号说明，拆机查看网卡使用的是RTL8111。
大致操作分为下面四个步骤：
1，确定网卡型号和驱动包名。
2，安装PowerCLI及cumtomizer驱动打包工具。
3，用打包工具打出新esxi安装镜像。
4，重新安装。
