在windows 7 32位系统上安装 python 时无法安装报错如下：

One or more issues caused the setup to fail.Please fix the issues and
then retry setup.For more information see the log file.

Windows 7 Service Pack 1 and all applicable updates are required to
install Python 3.7.7(32-bit).

Please update your machine and then restart the installation

解决方案

  1. 检查系统版本，是否是service pack 1

    补丁下载https://www.microsoft/zh-CN/download/details.aspx?id=5842
  2. 如问题未解决，再下载KB2533623补丁
    补丁下载https://www.microsoft/zh-cn/download/details.aspx?id=26767
    安装好后重启，问题解决
