由于我在一台的老的win7上安装AndroidStduio链接手机时报错，及adb不能运行。错误如下：
 

Unable to detect adb version, exit value: 0xc0000135. ADB depends on the Windows Universal C Runtime, which is usually installed by default via Windows Update. You may need to manually fetch and install the runtime package here: https://support.microsoft/en-ca/help/2999226/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows

由于官网已经没有该资源，所以查看帖子，发现如下网址锁给方案可以解决问题。
